From scouting and “model management” to neuro-emotional coaching the leap seems very big, but in the case of Claudia Vece it was an almost natural and obvious step. However, Claudia takes nothing for granted. Just look at the life stages of this young and radiant entrepreneur; She left Lugano at a very young age with a few years of experience in the local branch of a Parisian scouting company, she moved to Paris, where she was offered a place in the management and administration of the most important model company in the world, Women Management. «During my mandate, in addition to the duties of company and personnel management, I dealt with the total reorganization of the company and the work teams, a merger and the Due Diligences that I conducted for the sale of the company to an investment fund, “she says. “In 2013, under my guidance, Women Management obtained the title of “Best model agency in the world” thanks to the quality of the model portfolio and the excellent results achieved in a few years”. During those times of intense and passionate work Claudia takes advantage of every moment off to travel and study themes in the field of cybernetic science and neuro-emotional sciences in general, themes that she needs a lot in order to manage, above all, the “human side” of the business change. “In April 2014, I participated in the corporate reorganization of the group, contributing to the creation of the Elite World headquarters in Lugano. At that point I was offered to go back to my hometown. “A decision taken with hesitation at first because, after ten years in Paris, returning could turn out to be difficult. However, Claudia follows her instinct and returns to her hometown where, however, she starts feeling straitjacketed by the management of the world of models. «After over ten years at the top of international companies in the management of celebrities and studies on the development and empowerment of the human being carried out in Paris and Barcelona in parallel with my mandates, I decided to leave the group in 2017 and to give life to a new project with the intent to support people and organizations in change and transformation. Thus, Quantasia was born ». The new company emerged from the convergence of professional experiences in the management and administration of organizations and talents and a passion for cutting-edge scientific researchapplied to the development and enhancement of the human being. «With Quantasia I have developed a multidisciplinary coaching method that can exploit the strengths of different disciplines, oriented both to the management of companies and to empowering people», explains Claudia. Strengthened by her skills in cybernetic science and neuro-emotional education techniques, specialized in education for change and in the enhancement of complex systems, Claudia pursues the goal of supporting people, teams and organizations in their processes of change and development. “The focus is on transformation and change starting from the inside (the person) towards the outside (the context of private life / the company), for the creation of performances and results. Thanks to my know-how, I offer a multidisciplinary coaching method that translates into an experiential and transformative educational practice, which promotes individual and collective awareness and a culture of progress in the work field, in schools and families ».
But what exactly is meant by “neuro-emotional education”? «It is a flexible approach since it uses different techniques and methodologies».
She explains: «it is inspired by the principles of neuroscience, biology, psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology and quantum physics and it is based on cybernetic science, on Neuro Linguistic Programming, on the System Neuro-emotional alignment and mindful coaching. But what differentiates this type of coaching from classic coaching? “Classic coaching offers mental strategies that work for a certain purpose which do not necessarily remain and cannot be used in other experiences,” says the entrepreneur. “On the other hand, neuro-emotional coaching is an experience of profound transformation that allows you to deal with change through the activation of neuroplasticity and the alignment between mind and body through three simple steps – wellness, empowerment and performance. This is allowed by the strengthening of the “reverse circuits” that create a modality that over time becomes a kind of automatism, which activates itself in the moment of need and remains forever in the individual neuro-emotional baggage, successfully tackling the sudden and constant changes to which society faces us».
