The series of events entitled “Beyond the Borders” is an initiative of the company AIL dedicated to its employees during the year 2020.
The events were directed by the journalist Giancarlo Dionisio who explored the various themes proposed with the guests selected by the company.
The event “Pink evening. The role of women in society” was held in streaming the 6th of October 2020 and was dedicated to the over 60 female employees of the AIL company, who followed the evening connected from their homes due to the Covid19 pandemic.

Claudia Vece, founder of Quantasia SA, told her professional story to motivate and convey to AIL women-team how a woman today can build her success in the world of work.
Starting from Lugano, Claudia moved to Paris to cover the role of CEO of the largest model management agency in the world: Women Management, belonging to the Elite World group.
Claudia explained how it was possible for her to succeed in her career and how she subsequently transformed her professional identity from manager to entrepreneur and coach.
Enthusiasm, sharing and passion were the emotions that accompanied her speech which received considerable feedback.
