Entrepreneurs

Being an entrepreneur is not simply a job, it also consists in the creation of a social framework based on one's own passions. In fact, most entrepreneurs start companies based on their own interests, talents or passions.

Entrepreneurs therefore hold the reins of corporate vision, they plan its development and constantly make adjustments to re-direct business dynamics and human resources in the direction of the vision itself. Choices regarding business development and decisions that involve risk are a daily occurence and what happens is that entrepreneurs, driven by their enthusiasm and their initial courage that gave them momentum, set up a company without taking into account their resources, in terms of energy, thought and time, which are limited. In the long term this may lead to the development of anxious and stressful states of being, feeling tired and lacking in motivation, the loss of leadership with one's own employees and no longer having the resources in order to properly manage stress. In worst cases a state of malaise affects other areas of life giving rise to health problems, as well as problems related to the couple and the family.

Coaching courses for Entrepreneurs are of great value; they are designed for those who want to achieve great goals, build on skills and activate the resources necessary to take on challenges, whilst maintaining well-being as a nodal point of one's life path, ensuring themselves and the company to remain competitive and successful.

This course is designed to allow entrepreneurs to become their own coach and to guarantee them complete autonomy over time, so that they can take control of their lives by accessing the resources they need. Tools and techniques are provided to enhance leadership, self-confidence, Neuro-Emotional Alignment, effective communication, relational education, effortless performance, stress management, conflict management, and problem solving. These techniques help to overcome limiting mental patterns that tend to slow down the realisation of goals and sabotage emotional well-being.

Quantasia designs targeted performance and leadership courses for entrepreneurs. Coaching courses are multidisciplinary and take place on a regular basis, preferably at the Quantasia office.

After a preliminary meeting, a proposal is drawn up for a specific course that takes into account the objectives and needs of the Client. We generally recommend a medium-term course to achieve tangible and long-lasting results.

Clients are followed by expert Coach Claudia Vece, H.C.S. ® Coach Expert (Human Cybernetic Science), S.A.N.E® Coach Expert (Neuro-Emotional and Expert System) and NLP. The Coach is also an FSEA-certified Adult Trainer and consultant.

Coaching does not constitute therapy.
A Coach is a trainer, a motivator, a facilitator in the process of evolution and decision-making, and does not dig into the Client's past to look for the causes of a problem. Neither does he or she make assumptions, but, instead, works by observing facts.
A Coach is not a therapist, a doctor or a psychologist. In case of symptoms and pathologies, it is advisable to always consult your doctor and/or specialist. Any potential notions containing medical-scientific information are only for cognitive, educational and informative purposes that aim to help others make informed choices, and do not constitute a diagnostic or medication tool, and, in no case replace medical advice.
No terms are used on this site for diagnostic, therapeutic or psychological purposes. Some words can be used in a conventional form, but are not representative of medical and/or psychological skills in any way. Coaching is not reimbursable by health insurance providers. Clients are informed of the differences between a Coach and a psychologist.
