Many people wait to be sick to change their habits, but do we really need to touch rock bottom to make changes in our lives?

If you want something new to happen in your life, you are forced to make real changes, but if you try to change behaviour you risk to fail. You have to start from the inside: train your brain!

Today with the SANE method - Neuro Emotional Alignment System, it is feasible and with little effort!

A habit is a behaviour that has been repeated several times; a behaviour derives from the qualitative and quantitative association of the thoughts and emotions that a person emits throughout the day according to each category of life (health, family, work, couple, etc.).

To change, you must begin to emit new thoughts and emotions according to the concept of life you want to modify.

Change requires perseverance in the adoption of new routines: a new way of thinking, of feeling emotions and acting!  Without the repetition of these three factors there is no transformation and no significant results are obtained.

With Brain Training techniques (SANE method, based on Neuro Emotional Education) you can put in place daily routines that will only require five minutes and will enable you to transform your life!

The purpose is to align your mind and your body to work together in the same direction, the one of your dreams! It means having the strategies to influence the mind and the body neurobiochimically to work as if they were one.

When mind and body work in the same direction, they create new experiences and therefore new connections (brain neuroplasticity). They release a new chemistry in the body. The more you learn to immerse your nervous system in love and gratitude, the easier you make your body understand chemically what your mind wants and the better your body leads you to the realisation of that experience.

When this five-minute training is part of your lifestyle, your body will be able to perform it as good as your mind and it will become an innate state of well-being, like a second natural state.

Keep in mind that knowledge is for the mind and experience is for the body!  Only in this way mind and body are aligned with a new destiny.

Quantasia Individual Coaching, as well as Quantasia Ateliers (workshops that takes place in Lugano, Ticino and in Lisbon, Portugal), allows you to train your nervous system to create well-being and new life experiences! These workshops are an opportunity to take a break and learn new things. They are an opportunity to create new connections, allowing you to break routines long enough to learn new information and train your brain!

Coaching does not constitute therapy.
A Coach is a trainer, a motivator, a facilitator in the process of evolution and decision-making, and does not dig into the Client's past to look for the causes of a problem. Neither does he or she make assumptions, but, instead, works by observing facts.
A Coach is not a therapist, a doctor or a psychologist. In case of symptoms and pathologies, it is advisable to always consult your doctor and/or specialist. Any potential notions containing medical-scientific information are only for cognitive, educational and informative purposes that aim to help others make informed choices, and do not constitute a diagnostic or medication tool, and, in no case replace medical advice.
No terms are used on this site for diagnostic, therapeutic or psychological purposes. Some words can be used in a conventional form, but are not representative of medical and/or psychological skills in any way. Coaching is not reimbursable by health insurance providers.
