“Many people think about changing the world, but few think about changing themselves.” Leo Tolstoy

In this historical moment, deep economic, technological, social and cultural transformations are taking place and are bringing down old paradigms to make space for new models.

Also the development of individual and collective awareness had to be oriented towards new methods that would allow the acceleration of the evolutionary process. The greatest difficulty for a man who cannot adapt to change quickly and safely, is to respond to stressful solicitations that come from an ever closer future with instruments from the past, no longer suitable or sufficiently competitive. The results are stress, frustration, anger and insecurity.

The human being has always based himself on past experiences to evolve and to try to do better, but the global acceleration given by technology requires us to set new ways of cultivating knowledge, the way of being and doing.

Nowadays with one click we can access to information and knowledge, we can learn the processes and the strategies to know how to do things.

However, the Internet is not able to build our knowing of how to be, a skill that is acquirable only through life experiences and confrontation with others.

In this equation there is also an important part that I like to define the knowing of how to exist, which embraces those relational, emotional and communicative skills that are not limited to the individual, but are observable while he is co-creating with others and/or while he is taking care of his environment, such as nature and animals.

These skills cannot be downloaded from Internet, because are linked to the evolutionary process of the soul and to the level of awareness that an individual develops in the course of his life.

When an individual succeeds in developing the maturity of knowing how to be and exist, he has no more difficulty in coping with changes, because in the change he feels the natural movement of life.

So, how to build this authentic personality that knows how to deal with change in a natural way and with an innate spirit of adaptation?

It is important for you to know that your brain is neuro-plastic, it means that the brain changes itself and creates new connections every time you learn new things or you live new experiences.  Experiences do not depend on the outer world but are related to the sense you give to the experience and on how you read such information, it depends of your level of reasoning and of the emotions you associate to your thoughts.

Therefore, the difficulties in decoding, adapting and facing the changing world are linked to a software problem and not to a hardware problem!

The brain is the hardware: it is the best performing computer in the world and no other organism on this planet has one similar! The software, instead, are the thoughts and emotions you emit at any moment. The game of life is therefore played within you. Knowing how to adapt to change and create success depends on your degree of neurological flexibility which depends from your ability to take the reins of your thoughts and emotions and to direct them in the good sense.

To face changes we need new methods of accompaniment, based on the principle of neuroplasticity. The Quantasia Life Coaching, based on neurology and biology, allows you to train the nervous system through exercises that are neurologically sequenced, in order to train your thoughts and emotions. In this way you can face the challenges of life with greater ease and determination.

The Life Coaching of Quantasia, a company based in Lugano (Ticino) and in Paris, is a neuro-emotional education that allows you to access well-being, happiness and success.

Coaching does not constitute therapy.
A Coach is a trainer, a motivator, a facilitator in the process of evolution and decision-making, and does not dig into the Client's past to look for the causes of a problem. Neither does he or she make assumptions, but, instead, works by observing facts.
A Coach is not a therapist, a doctor or a psychologist. In case of symptoms and pathologies, it is advisable to always consult your doctor and/or specialist. Any potential notions containing medical-scientific information are only for cognitive, educational and informative purposes that aim to help others make informed choices, and do not constitute a diagnostic or medication tool, and, in no case replace medical advice.
No terms are used on this site for diagnostic, therapeutic or psychological purposes. Some words can be used in a conventional form, but are not representative of medical and/or psychological skills in any way. Coaching is not reimbursable by health insurance providers. Clients are informed of the differences between a Coach and a psychologist.
