Sports Performance

These days many athletes and coaches incorrectly believe that results are reached thanks to a combination of physical sacrifice, technique and tactics, skill and luck. If, on the other hand, we observe sports performance with a high-level scientific approach, we mustn't overlook the most powerful tool a human being has: the mind. The degree to which one is able to make use of one's mind and give life to one's emotions, in order to put the body in motion, allows access to unimaginable resources that express themselves through the manifestation of behaviours that create excellent sports performances.

When thoughts and emotions are trained, just like muscles, athletes create new resources in their nervous system that allow them to maintain focus during sporting activities and no longer feel stressed, but, instead, be full of enthusiasm and determination so as to increase the quality of their performance.

In order to improve sports performance one must know how to create Neuro-Emotional Alignment as well as rely on qualified experts who take care of mental preparation with targeted Mental Coaching courses.

In addition to the athletes, coaches today also look for Mental Coaching courses to: acquire relational and communicative skills, increase the ability to create motivation and involvement, and to set an example by training their own potential as well as their mind.

The role of Mental Coaches in sport is to guide athletes and the people involved to activate the necessary resources and to implement internal strategies that create mental routines so that potential can be activated. The goal is to provide self-coaching methods and make athletes self-sufficient over time and effective in getting the most out of the physical and mental resources available to them in order to maximise performance.

It is of fundamental importance to distinguish performance from the achievement of results.

Who is it for and how does it work?

Quantasia designs individual sports Coaching courses aimed at increasing an athlete's performance by training the mind, thoughts and emotions. Coaching courses facilitate the athlete's ability to: concentrate and maintain focus in races and when training, stay determined and enthusiastic in order to counteract and reduce stress, maintain a high level of motivation and stay focused on goals. These are essential elements for excellent sports performance.

In addition to the specific sports Coaching courses for athletes, Quantasia designs collective courses for coaches, teams and Sports Cubs. Our courses aim to train teams, managers, coaches and trainers on some of the following aspects:

  • Effective communication to improve communication between team players or supporting the coach in communicating with the team.
  • Stress management in order to understand the functioning of the human system and learn effective Neuro-Emotional Alignment techniques for the management of emotions and stress.
  • Relational education to build conscientious teams that are able to create value.
  • Leadership to become conscious creators of reality.
