The accelerated pace of life, the economic crisis, new media, the daily bombardment of information and the constant change in social systems put our nervous system under unprecedented stress.

Stress is a brain rhythm that is triggered when one or more events in our environment stimulate and challenge our ability to adapt and which we react to by activating a stress response. If we do not have internal resources that allow us to respond to external stimuli quickly and effectively, we will always be victims of our surrounding environment and constanly live our lives through ups and downs. In fact, our level of stress is inversely proportional to our ability to activate our internal resources that allow us to live healthily despite external circumstances.

Prolonged stress is also dangerous for health and gives rise to compulsive behaviours in relation to unhealthy foods, which, combined with high levels of cortisol produced by stress, lead to weight gain and the accumulation of fat.
Stress also affects the health of our brain; it decreases spatial memory that allows us to remember the positions of objects and the relationship between them, and it also affects the ability to form new memories as well as the management of emotions and self-control.

Today there are effective techniques to manage stress and anxiety that promote emotional well-being. Thanks to the innovative SANE® method (Neuro-Emotional Alignment System), a self-coaching method in the management of emotions and internal strategies that favour Neuro Emotional Alignment, Clients can become their own Coach and face their daily challenges in a current of well-being based on emotions like joy and enthusiasm.

Quantasia designs tailor-made courses designed to accompany Clients in creating a more balanced and wellness-oriented inner world with the aid of Neuro Emotional Alignment.

Stress Management Coaching is aimed at Entrepreneurs, Executives and Managers, parents, students, athletes, talents and anyone who wishes to develop their emotional well-being.

After a preliminary meeting, a proposal is drawn up for a specific course that takes into account the objectives and needs of the Client. In general, these courses are of medium to long duration with regular meetings in order to achieve tangible and long-lasting results.

Clients are followed by expert Coach Claudia Vece, H.C.S. ® Coach Expert (Human Cybernetic Science), S.A.N.E® Coach Expert (Neuro-Emotional and Expert System) and NLP. The Coach is also an FSEA-certified Adult Trainer and consultant.

Coaching does not constitute therapy.
A Coach is a trainer, a motivator, a facilitator in the process of evolution and decision-making, and does not dig into the Client's past to look for the causes of a problem. Neither does he or she make assumptions, but, instead, works by observing facts.
