Stress Management

The activation of stress mechanisms is linked both to the event that caused the stress and to the way in which individuals confer meaning to the experience they are having.

In order to be able to prevent and/or manage stressful situations, it is essential to learn to understand the mechanisms that trigger such psychophysical states of discomfort.

This training course aims to make participants aware of and understand the makings of stress and related negative emotions, and to find solutions and techniques for the management of anxiety, anger and fear. The following topics are dealt with:

  • The functioning and the connections between mind, brain and body.
  • The functioning of emotions and the brain areas involved.
  • The role of perception and the dynamics of distortion and mental blocks.
  • Practical exercises and techniques to increase neurological flexibility and resistance to stress.

This is a course designed for companies: entrepreneurs, managers and directors, work teams, consultants.
