L\u2019objectif est donc d&rsquo;enrichir nos capacit\u00e9s psychiques, \u00e9motionnelles et mentales pour agir consciemment et cr\u00e9er des effets dans le monde qui puissent engendrer une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plus harmonieuse et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, pour nous-m\u00eames et pour les autres.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Le langage, le moyen de d\u00e9velopper la pens\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans l&rsquo;\u00e8re moderne, au lieu d&rsquo;enrichir notre langage pour approfondir notre pens\u00e9e, nous simplifions et nivelons nos communications, surtout \u00e0 travers les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d&rsquo;appauvrissement de nos esprits \u00e0 un impact significatif sur notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 penser de mani\u00e8re critique et profonde, et \u00e0 envisager l&rsquo;avenir avec perspective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>A cause de l&rsquo;appauvrissement du langage et de la pens\u00e9e, les personnes ont tendance \u00e0 se polariser dans leurs opinions et \u00e0 se concentrer sur les diff\u00e9rences plut\u00f4t que de rechercher l&rsquo;harmonie, l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre commun<\/strong>. De nombreuses personnes ont encore du mal \u00e0 comprendre <strong>le lien entre l&rsquo;esprit et la mati\u00e8re, entre l&rsquo;observateur et l&rsquo;observ\u00e9, et le fait que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessairement connue, alors que ce concept ouvre la voie \u00e0 la pratique de la m\u00e9ditation<\/strong>, qui vise \u00e0 ramener l&rsquo;attention vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur par la concentration et la focalisation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour s\u2019immerger dans la nature divine du monde des objets, nous devons m\u00e9diter et apprendre \u00e0 focaliser notre attention sur un objet sp\u00e9cifique. <strong>La pratique de la m\u00e9ditation, ou Dhyana, consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur les contenus psychiques, \u00e0 les explorer en s\u2019immergeant dans un \u00e9tat de profonde concentration<\/strong>. Pendant la m\u00e9ditation, lorsque nous nous concentrons sur des contenus, c&rsquo;est comme si nous t\u00e9l\u00e9chargions des fichiers depuis notre bo\u00eete mail, car les contenus psychiques de l&rsquo;objet sur lequel nous nous concentrons nous sont progressivement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s. <strong>Cependant, de nombreuses personnes n\u2019ont pas cette capacit\u00e9 de concentration en raison du manque d&rsquo;exercice, ou Sadhana<\/strong>. La pratique quotidienne de la Sadhana nous apprend \u00e0 maintenir cette concentration non seulement pendant la m\u00e9ditation, mais aussi dans les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes telles que marcher, manger et parler. Nous devons donc <strong>apprendre \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser nos pens\u00e9es, nos \u00e9motions et nos actions, et apprendre \u00e0 communiquer non pas pour avoir raison, mais pour nous comprendre mutuellement et exprimer notre gratitude. <\/strong>C&rsquo;est le conflit qui d\u00e9truit tout, car les gens ont tendance \u00e0 se rassembler non pas pour le bien commun, mais pour d\u00e9fendre leurs propres d\u00e9fauts et int\u00e9r\u00eats. Ils prennent des raccourcis et utilisent un langage pauvre, cr\u00e9ant des discordes et des situations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables au quotidien, sans m\u00eame s&rsquo;en rendre compte. <strong>Les gens n\u2019entrent pas en conflit parce qu&rsquo;ils sont m\u00e9chants, mais parce qu&rsquo;ils manquent de conscience, d&rsquo;une meilleure \u00e9ducation qui leur permettrait de d\u00e9passer les dualismes et les luttes internes, de se lib\u00e9rer des manipulations et des conditionnements, et donc d&rsquo;une \u00e9ducation qui les aiderait \u00e0 se reconnecter avec leur essence spirituelle pour vivre en harmonie avec le monde.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La pratique quotidienne de la Sadhana nous guide sur le chemin de l\u2019auto-exploration et du d\u00e9veloppement int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>, nous permettant d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir du discernement et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re excessive \u00e0 des causes externes, en faisant la distinction entre la peur et la phobie.
