En fait, nous croyons que nous faisons des choix mais presque toutes les activit\u00e9s et les gestes que nous faisons chaque jour sont guid\u00e9s par notre subconscient.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, si, lorsque nous conduisons, nous sommes perdus dans nos pens\u00e9es, celui qui conduit le v\u00e9hicule c\u2019est le programme \u00ab\u00a0Conduite de la voiture\u00a0\u00bb qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au niveau de l\u2019inconscient. Et c\u2019est vrai pour tout: pour les choix alimentaires, le sport, nos relations &#8230; Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9, avec la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de nos pens\u00e9es, de nos \u00e9motions et de nos gestes, des habitudes qui sont en fait des programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Si nous voulons modifier notre mode de vie, am\u00e9liorer notre bien-\u00eatre et manifester une nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui nous satisfait davantage, nous sommes oblig\u00e9s de revoir et de r\u00e9\u00e9crire certains de nos programmes. Prendre soin de soi n\u00e9cessite notre pr\u00e9sence ici et maintenant et un auto-r\u00e9f\u00e9rentialisme qui examine ce qui est juste pour nous au moment pr\u00e9cis o\u00f9 nous agissons.<\/p>\n<p>La sant\u00e9 est une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantasia.ch\/fr\/coaching-neuro-emotionnel\/\">auto-\u00e9ducation<\/a> qui se construit avec la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de gestes. En quelques mois, nous pouvons cr\u00e9er de nouveaux programmes subconscients qui nous permettent de cr\u00e9er notre nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Au d\u00e9part, le subconscient nous mettra au d\u00e9fi d&rsquo;essayer de saboter notre projet et le malaise que nous ressentirons ne sera autre que celui de notre subconscient qui s&rsquo;efforce d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer un nouveau mode de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Si nous voulons r\u00e9ellement changer nos habitudes, nous devons suivre l\u2019une des r\u00e8gles neurologiques du succ\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0nous ne pouvons pas soustraire un comportement, mais nous ne pouvons qu\u2019ajouter de nouveaux comportements\u00a0\u00bb. Une partie peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e en utilisant la taille de la paume de votre main.<\/li>\n<li>Prenez l&rsquo;habitude de manger des fruits en milieu d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;avoir trop faim au moment du d\u00eener et de vous jeter sur la nourriture.<\/li>\n<li>Privil\u00e9giez les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales aux prot\u00e9ines animales.<\/li>\n<li>Privil\u00e9giez les aliments entiers et faibles en gluten. Les aliments entiers sont des sucres \u00e0 absorption lente et aident \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la sensation de faim, alors que les aliments raffin\u00e9s (sucre, p\u00e2tes, pain blanc,\u2026) sont des sucres \u00e0 absorption rapide, qui ont tendance \u00e0 nous faire prendre du poids car ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une d\u00e9pendance et par cons\u00e9quence le corps devient plus acide.<\/li>\n<li>Apprenez \u00e0 manger des aliments, pas des produits! Les nutriments sont par exemple des l\u00e9gumes et des fruits contenant des vitamines; les produits sont des pizzas, des hamburgers, des chips\u2026 ils ont une faible valeur nutritionnelle.<\/li>\n<li>Mangez \u00e0 des horaires r\u00e9guliers et \u00e9vitez de vous mettre \u00e0 table dans un \u00e9tat de stress. Lorsque vous \u00eates stress\u00e9, le corps ne peut pas absorber les \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs car le sang se trouve dans les muscles plut\u00f4t que dans le tube digestif. S vous n\u2019absorber pas les valeurs nutritionnelles, vous aurez de plus en plus faim, car le cerveau continuera \u00e0 envoyer des impulsions \u00e0 la demande de nourriture pour faire fonctionner tout le syst\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li>Buvez un verre d\u2019eau de deux d\u00e9cilitres toutes les heures. Le corps retiendra moins de liquides car il sait que d&rsquo;autres vont venir. De plus, la sensation de faim est souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 un manque de liquides plut\u00f4t que de nourriture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/3&Prime;][vc_column_text]<strong><u>Pens\u00e9es et \u00e9motions <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Votre observation cr\u00e9e votre r\u00e9alit\u00e9.
