Training contents

Two days of training focused on the development of soft skills to improve the attitude of the managers. A training course full of activities and role-playing games to stimulate learning and integrate skills.

Participants studied communication, mediation and management issues, understanding the nature of relational dynamics and interpersonal conflicts, acquiring concrete tools to effectively manage subordinates.

Participants integrated their professional identity thanks to the analysis of the values related to their role.
