Leadership coaching for intercompany management

I had two main goals with the coaching: reducing work-related stress and the impact it had on my personal life, and improving communication with colleagues.
I believe I achieved both — and even if not completely yet, I now feel I have the tools to continue and complete this journey.

It was pleasant to spend time with colleagues, because you get to discover a side of them that you normally don’t see at work.
It would have been more interesting to introduce a different activity. The Lego experience was a nice break from the work routine, but it would have been even more valuable to return to our actual work reality and explore each other’s points of view more deeply.

There was definitely a harmonious and playful atmosphere, but I would not recommend this “Lego Serious Play” training session, as I did not receive any particularly useful insights for personal and/or professional growth.

An experience worth repeating — it was a wonderful moment of sharing with colleagues.

It’s an interesting way to develop your professional and personal skills — while having fun.

It was wonderful to share emotions, ideas about teamwork, and growth with colleagues you usually wouldn’t have the chance to connect with on a deeper level.
It opens up personalities, goals, and experiences, allowing you to build empathy with others and making both professional and personal relationships easier.

I found this experience truly unique. I was impressed by how my colleagues and I were able to express our ideas and feelings freely and without embarrassment.

Getting to know colleagues outside of work helps people grow and increases mutual respect.

The experience with Lego allowed me to express my emotions and represent my ideal team through the use of the bricks. It also helped me get to know some colleagues better — colleagues I hadn’t had the chance to connect with due to lack of time.

It was a wonderful and constructive journey that guided me toward a personal, relational, and professional change that improved my quality of life.

I started this journey three months after joining the company — a reality I knew, but never as an employee — and from the very beginning we had to work from home, which made it objectively difficult to understand company dynamics and build relationships with colleagues.
I can now say that from the initial disorientation, the situation has improved: on one hand, I became more involved in the company’s processes and projects, but the coaching definitely helped me especially with relationships and stress management.

I believe everyone could benefit from a coaching program like this to improve their working life through the training and insights provided.
I was able to look at the relationships I deal with every day from a different perspective — both in terms of dynamics and behavior.
