Analyze team behaviors to boost performance, collaboration, and agility

A scientific assessment that analyzes natural group dynamics, identifies relational gaps, and supports the creation of cohesive, high-performing, and autonomous teams. It is a strategic tool for enhancing both team and organizational behavior.

The assessment is based on the real observation of behaviors and identifies 8 key roles that each team member can play within the collective context.

It is the first tool to combine behavioral analysis, organizational psychology, and an agile mindset, providing an objective and dynamic snapshot of team interactions.

What It Measures

  • The natural behavioral roles within a team (e.g., coordinator, driver, analyst…)
  • Gaps between existing and missing roles – essential for understanding functional imbalances.
  • Collective strengths and critical areas that hinder team performance.
  • The level of coherence, agility, and team quality.
  • Motivational drivers and relational patterns, even in complex or high-pressure environments.

How the Assessment Works

1. Individual Analysis – Team Role Test (Self-Perception)

Each participant completes a short online test (10–15 minutes) to identify their behavioral profile within teams.

2. Individual and Team Reports (Team Boost)

Detailed reports show team composition, dominant roles, and points of imbalance.

3. Direct Observation – Behavior Observer App

On request, self-assessment can be enriched with real-time observation during workshops or work sessions, offering a 360° view.

4. Feedback Sessions and Training

Facilitated sessions help teams explore their results, recognize current dynamics, and activate a shared development process.

5. Tailored Action Plans

We create practical improvement plans based on the data, fully integrable into HR projects, change management, or agile transformation paths.

When to Use the Team Behavior Assessment

  • To diagnose dysfunctional dynamics or latent conflicts within a team.
  • During reorganization, mergers, or onboarding of new team members.
  • In contexts of shared leadership or self-managed teams.
  • To support the development of agile, cross-functional, or high-collaboration teams.
  • As a starting point for team coaching, training, or change management programs.

When It’s Not Recommended

  • In the absence of internal or external guidance to support result interpretation and action.
  • In highly hierarchical environments where natural behaviors are inhibited.
  • When the team lacks willingness to actively engage in improvement processes.

The Strategic Value of Team Behavior Assessments

In a rapidly evolving market, winning organizations are those that build resilient, cohesive, and goal-oriented teams.

This assessment becomes a powerful driver for awareness, collaboration, and collective growth—unlocking the hidden potential of working groups.
