Quantasia SA - Coaching and Corporate Training

This relational model makes it possible to observe and transform communication styles and patterns of connection and disconnection. It can be applied both in team contexts and in individual coaching journeys, where it helps people understand their own style, increase awareness and improve relational effectiveness.

The assessment does not measure climate; it makes visible the relational patterns and how the energies linked to the four elements influence communication, relationships and collaboration. In individual use, it supports the development of a more authentic, flexible and conscious leadership.

What it measures

  • The four relational energies:
    • Action and impact
    • Structure and reliability
    • Care and connection
    • Vision and possibility
  • The person’s preferred relational style and its impact on others.
  • Modes of connection: what fosters resonance, smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Modes of disconnection: what generates distance, tension or blocks in relationships.
  • Relational dynamics in teams, including complementarities, collision points and potential development areas.
  • The relational bridges that support effective relationships in both individual and collective settings.

How it works

Individual and/or team analysis

Through the questionnaire, the person explores their energetic–relational profile. The model can also be used in one-to-one coaching to observe personal patterns and interpersonal dynamics.

Individual and collective report

The report shows the combination of energies, strengths and tension areas. For teams, it highlights collective dynamics; for individuals, it provides a clear map of their style and its effects on work and leadership.

Debrief and facilitation

The debrief can take place in one-to-one coaching or team workshops. The group explores patterns of connection/disconnection and co-creates more effective relational strategies.

Relational development plans

Based on the results, improvement paths are defined: personal development, communication, relational leadership, cross-functional collaboration.

When this assessment is useful

  • In individual coaching journeys aimed at improving awareness, communication and leadership.
  • In team development programmes focused on collaboration and integration.
  • To understand and transform dysfunctional relational dynamics.
  • In change contexts that require adaptation and clear communication.
  • To understand one’s own relational impact and increase interpersonal flexibility.

When the assessment is not recommended

  • When what is needed is a climate survey tool.
  • In contexts where there is no willingness to explore one’s relational style.
  • If there is no follow-up journey planned, since the real value lies in the subsequent transformative work done jointly by the coach and the organisation.
