Contents and objectives

Knowing how to communicate effectively is a soft skill that covers all spheres of life.
The course aims to provide reasoning strategies and communication techniques to limit interpersonal conflicts.
We will therefore focus on the interpersonal relationship between company figures and the needs for effective communication between them.
The training aims to guide the participants to increase awareness of relationship dynamics, to improve their communication skills to understand and produce the best results in the professional field.

Particular importance will be given to conflict resolution techniques based on negotiation of personal meanings and mediation between the parties involved.

• Being able to observe and analyze the relational context.
• Improve interpersonal communication.
• Knowing how to improve relationships without entering into conflicting and weakening dynamics.
• Knowing how to keep the focus on goals without energy expenditure.

Target

The course is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers and corporate executives, employees and freelancers. More generally, to all those who want to improve their communication and relationship skills and abilities. The course includes a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 18 participants.

Trainer

Claudia Vece – Founder of Quantasia SA of Lugano, she is an expert in Cybernetic Science and Neuro-Emotional Education techniques. Corporate facilitator, Trainer and Coach specialized in education for change and the enhancement of complex systems, she collaborates with the ISG Business & Economic School University in Portugal.
