Claudia Vece

After many years of experience at the top of international companies and after studies in the field of personal development, transformation and empowerment, in 2017 I founded Quantasia SA with the intention of supporting people and organizations in growth and change.

One of the highlights of my career was managing the world’s leading modeling agency Women Management SARL in Paris. During my tenure, in addition to corporate and people management, I was responsible for the restructuring of the company and the recovery of losses, as well as the reorganization of the teams and the Due Diligence conducted for the sale of the company to an investment fund.

In 2013, under my leadership, Women Management SARL obtained the title of “Best modeling agency in the world” thanks to the quality of the model portfolio and the incredible results achieved in just a few years (increase in turnover from 6 to 13 million euros). In 2014 I contributed to the creation of the Group Holding in Lugano, Elite World SA.

Thanks to my career in business, people and modeling management, I approached the world of personal development and growth. What was initially a passion turned into a personal research journey, which has had a significant impact on both my personal and professional life. Today I lead people and organizations in their transformation and improvement processes, offering them practical, concrete and applicable tools in different contexts.

Quantasia SA was born from the union of my solid professional experience in the management and administration of organizations and talents and my passion for scientific research applied to the development of human potential.

I am today a renowned Mental Coach, Neuro Emotional Trainer and successful author of the book Neuro Emotional Transformation. My mission is to guide people to their full potential by helping them transform negative emotions, develop a positive mindset and achieve success in all aspects of life.
