Thanks to many years of experience at the top of international companies operating in talent management, Quantasia has developed a multidisciplinary coaching method which takes advantage of the strengths of different disciplines, both oriented towards the management of companies and the empowerment of people.

Neuro Emotional Education is a flexible approach which employs different techniques and methodologies. It is inspired by principles of neuroscience, biology, PNEI, quantum physics and it is based on cybernetics science(analysis of complex systems), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), on the SANE method (Neuro-Emotional Alignment System) and mindful coaching.

One of the pillars of Neuro Emotional Education is the education and training of the nervous system, that it is stimulated through the strengthening of thoughts and emotions in order to activate the best mental and emotional responses to promote wellbeing and performance. Similarly to training for an athlete, Neuro Emotional Education efficiently prepares the resources to face challenges in a performing way, maintaining focus and wellbeing throughout the change.
