The following provisions are applied to the events (e.g. trainings, Quantasia Ateliers) offered in the Quantasia SA online shop.

N.B. If there are inaccuracies and / or discrepancies between the various language versions of these general conditions, the Italian version is authentic. Other versions are for information only and have no legal value. By accepting these general conditions, the customer automatically accepts the conditions expressed in the original Italian text.

The participant to the event (hereinafter the “Client”) declares and agrees:

a) During the Event, Coaching techniques are presented, specifically Neuro Emotional Education techniques, Mindful Coaching and the SANE® method – Neuro Emotional Alignment System, of which Claudia Vece is qualified Expert Coach.

b) The Client is informed and acknowledges that Coaching, Neuro Emotional Education or the SANE® method do not constitute part of any medical or psychological therapy. Any notion shared during the Event containing scientific information is for training purposes only and in no case constitutes a diagnostic or substitute medical advice.

c) The Claudia acknowledges that Coaching is not refundable by the Swiss Health Insurance.

d) The Client acknowledges and accepts that participation in the event may involve some method-related risks. Quantasia SA organises mental and body training exercises, to be carried out individually and/or in groups which include, among other things, physical movement and stimulation of physiological rhythms (e.g. respiratory, cardiac, neurological, etc.). The Client is aware that the exercises can generate emotional effects with different levels of intensity. Acknowledging the above information, the Client declares that he/she does not suffer from pathologies (including those of a cardiac nature) which are or could be incompatible with his participation in the event. Quantasia SA is exempt from any type of assessment of the Client’s state of health and from any liability related to this fact. The Client self-regulates to practice the exercises according to his/her degree of ability and rhythm, he/she is free to adapt his/her degree of participation and/or involvement to his/her physical condition and level of training.

e) By registering for the event, the Client assumes full and conscious responsibility for any injury, personal or physical, or damage resulting from participation in the event. The Client declares as of now to renounce to initiate any type of judicial procedure, in particular civil cases (in particular for compensation for any damages), criminal or administrative or other legal actions against Quantasia SA, its representatives and/or  collaborators and towards all other people in any way associated to the event and/or Quantasia SA.
