When I first met Claudia I was the kind of person who was waiting to give up. I was living an oppressive, sad and wrong marital situation, a lot of frustration at work, states of anxiety and general dissatisfaction.
I was about to give up, I was waiting for the day when I would finally tell myself that happiness was not meant for me and I would adapt to the life I was leading, limping as if in a shoe that was too tight. Fortunately, however, it is no one’s destiny to resign and limp; with daily exercise I saw, felt and knew that I deserved all the joy in the world and a life that was truly mine, wonderfully mine.
I have found courage and strength in myself, I have visualized myself in joy … and then I have found that joy, it has become reality, it has become my life, at last. Thanks Claudia.
