Facilitation contents

Thanks to the use of LEGO bricks and thanks to the structured LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, the participants explored the characteristics, qualities, values and resources that define their team!

Colorful, exciting, creative and original, this method engages participants in an activity of co-creation and co-construction of their team identity (goal of the workshop).

Participants first built models individually and after that they created a shared and conclusive model of their ideas, emotions and visions.

The richness of the contents and the deep sharing have created a very important team building moment.

It was nice to share team and growth emotions and ideas with colleagues that you usually wouldn’t have the opportunity to talk to. It opens up personalities, goals, experiences and it allows you to empathize with others, facilitating work relationships as well as personal ones.

There was a harmonious and playful environment, but I would not recommend this “Lego Serious play” training session as I did not get particular insights aimed at personal and/or professional growth.

It was a pleasant moment with colleagues because you know a side that you can’t get to know at work. It would have been more interesting to introduce a different activity. Legos have pleasantly given us a break from the work routine but it would have been more interesting to go back to our reality and to deepen the points of view of others.
