Claudia came into my life in a moment when I had been feeling that I had lost my way and my inner light without any real understanding of why.
She immediately validated my feelings which was so helpful and set the foundation for the work we would do together.
Claudia took time to explain the reasons and research behind all that she asked me to do, and allowed me and supported me in exploring any area that I wanted to.
This included everything from my marriage, to my career, to life as an expat and finally together we understood where I had lost my way and the work that needed to occur in order to shine my light again. And with that began the second phase of our work together. And I have to say, the journey itself and the results have exceeded all of my expectations.
The short meditation that Claudia taught me has become an essential part of my day, and has created within me the ability to find joy and strength in any situation.
During the year that Claudia and I worked together, she became more than a coach to me – she has become someone who I trust deeply and who supports me, cheers for me, and pushes me to grow and be better.
Today so many things have improved in my life as a result of the work that we’ve done, including a stronger and more balanced marriage, a new career path, less reactivity, better health and finally and most importantly – my light is shining brightly again!
