Claudia taught me the basic rules for getting better physically and mentally in my everyday life.

Her explanations and her enthusiasm have opened up a new and fascinating world to me that has led me to read and be interested in themes that I had never thought before.

I was conquered by the Cybernetic science and everything that in regard to it.

I can say that after a year, since the last time we met, I feel more balanced and more peaceful in reference to what life brings to me.

Before, I used to take everything on my shoulder and I was often angry, I was not well and I easily got sick.

I understood how to manage my thoughts and emotions, focusing only on what I want and that makes me feel good.

It’s not always easy and I do not always succeed, but I can say that it works, so I persist in pursuing my dreams instead of wasting time convincing myself that they won’t come true.

Today I am a Conscious Creator of my Life!
