The project
The corporate coaching project was aimed at the heads of corporate functions, with the aim of supporting resources in the development and strengthening of managerial posture, and took place in fifteen individual sessions.
Managers have developed neuro-emotional skills with Neuro Emotional Coaching, these consist in the self-regulation of moods (stress, fears, anxieties, emotional brakes) in favor of well-being and mental clarity. Greater confidence, motivation and grit have led to improved work performance.
The managers also developed their soft skills in order to improve their ability in people management and conflict resolution. Through specific Mental Coaching tools, managers have increased their understanding of the organizational context, have developed critical thinking and analytical thinking.
The coaching experience was decided by my company and it was a great surprise for me, because I did not know anything about the subject. I admit my initial distrust of the usefulness and effectiveness of undertaking this type of path.
Thanks to Claudia’s professionalism, availability, clarity and above all to her reassuring smile, I quickly broke down my reluctance, entrusting myself very easily and enthusiastically following the directions given to me to achieve the set goals.
The goals, both in terms of personal well-being and professional improvement, has been achieved, also thanks to the continuous dialogue with the Coach that allowed me to resolve the difficulties or doubts that I gradually encountered in applying the suggested strategies.
The daily exercises in neuro-emotional education are for me an appointment that I am looking for with pleasure.
I had two main goals to achieve with the coaching:
I think I have achieved both and even if not totally, I still think I now have the tools to complete the path of personal and professional growth.
Everyone would need to receive this type of training and information to improve their working life.
I was able to see the relationships I have every day from a different point of view, both in terms of dynamics and behavior.
The coaching was structured with a properly focused logical thread.
