The project

The corporate coaching project was aimed at the heads of corporate functions, with the aim of supporting resources in the development and strengthening of managerial posture, and took place in fifteen individual sessions.

Managers have developed neuro-emotional skills with Neuro Emotional Coaching, these consist in the self-regulation of moods (stress, fears, anxieties, emotional brakes) in favor of well-being and mental clarity. Greater confidence, motivation and grit have led to improved work performance.

The managers also developed their soft skills in order to improve their ability in people management and conflict resolution. Through specific Mental Coaching tools, managers have increased their understanding of the organizational context, have developed critical thinking and analytical thinking.

I started this journey three months after joining the company, a reality that I knew but not as an employee, and right from the start we had to work from home due to the Covid19 and therefore with objective difficulties in getting into company mechanisms and relationships with colleagues.

I can say that from the initial disorientation, now the situation has improved, certainly on the one hand I have entered more into business processes and projects, but certainly the coaching has helped me especially in relationships and stress management.

However, I find more benefit from the experience in the private sphere, considering that the process began after a move to Switzerland and an almost immediate lockdown.

I find that the morning exercises of neuro-emotional education help me to reduce the disempowering thoughts and to better focus my days, generating greater satisfaction.
