The project
Quantasia SA has been supporting the Ensinus Group since 2018 in the Portuguese school reform project.

Facilitation contents
The directors of the schools of the Ensinus Group have collaborated in the construction of the representation, with LEGO® bricks, of their ongoing transformation from director-bureaucrats to director-leaders in the education sector.

The directors built the LEGO® models highlighting the advantages, risks, professional obligations and responsibilities of their role as directors, developing a profound reflection of their ongoing transformation.

Looking at their role from another perspective, they were able to implement an action plan on future strategic moves to be implemented in schools.

Purpose of facilitation
Guide the directors through a profound reflection on their role as directors-leaders and implement an action plan on future strategic moves to be implemented in schools.
